Stress Management does matter.

Just in case you've had a rough day or you ARE having a rough day,
here is a QUICK 7-Step stress management technique recommended in the latest
psychological texts.

The funny thing is - this really works. Try this:

1. Picture yourself near a stream.

2. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.

3. No one but you knows your secret place.
V

4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic place called "the world."
V
V
5 The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
V

6. The water is crystal clear.

Hi Crckrjck:

Thanks for your post on stress management.  How true.....

Thought I'd share portion of a project I'm working on in Realtime Landscaping Pro (RLP) that might go along with the Moments of Zen (WADR to Jon Stewart) theme of your post.   Attached is a screen shot from RLP

Interesting.

When I want total seclusion in the mountains near a crystal clear stream and a waterfall, I go hiking. Real reality beats virtual reality any day.

Taken today at a beach near here, stress was not so much on my part.

In the end, they both left empty-clawed.  :)

Hi Rob,

Very cool video.

However, that "appeared" to be a Bald Eagle, symbol of, among other things, the United States Internal Revenue Service.
With tax day rapidly approaching, just exactly how is this video supposed to help relieve my stress?  ;)

Stay Well,
bd

Did they not give you an extension to file this year??

As in the video, the otter has a good lunch, and escapes with his life.   He does lose the remains of the fish.

That beats some of the alternative outcomes.  :)

ps I'm not actually sure if and how that helps or not...

Maybe it would be better to go write some macros.

Oh, I get it.
You guys think 3.6 months is plenty of time.
Ha!

ps:

Bob, Thanks for the official notice. It  The wording seems to have changed on every update.
Rob,  Congrats again on a great video.  Maybe I'll try some of that macro therapy.

For once, I gave all my info to the tax accountant in plenty of time. I suspect that that pushed the Karma bitches over the edge.  ::)
