Hi,

I want to copy 16 circles around a larger circle, the window that comes up is different than the window that shows in the help screen, there is no button for 'About 2-Points'.

I tried to post a screenshot, does seem to work.

Hi Gymbo,

From your screenshot, set the radius ratio to 1, then set a point on the center of your array arc.

Alternatively, see attached example of how to get the same result using the "aa" macro found here: https://forum.designcad.com/index.php?topic=7396.msg52853#msg52853.

Using the macro, if you set just the first 2 points, instead of all 4, the result you would be a horizontal linear array with a spacing equal to the radius of the giant circle.

Stay Well,
bd

Thanks bd, turns out the first circle needs to on the arc, makes since now that I know.

The screenshot did not show up in the preview, (of course I meant to say ...doesn't seem to work.), but looks like it did. Do you know how the Insert Image logo works?

You're asking the wrong member on that one... ;)

Stay well
bd

PS: Attached is a more general form of the example above on how to use the "aa" macro to create a circular array.
